Being on vacation far from home with a sick kid is a nightmare. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours at an urgent care in sneads ferry I called this facility and they got her right in. All of the staff was great and so sweet to my daughter. They helped saved my little girls vacation, couldn't thanks them enough
I don't have insurance and I was determined to wait out my ear infection, but I ended up breaking down and asking around for cheap doctor's offices. This was recommended by a good friend and I was pleased. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and the nurse's were great and I was in and out in about an hour as a walk in.
Great people, friendly, professional and very caring. In and out quick. Couldn't have asked for better.
i DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE AND CALLED TO ASK FOR 2 MONTHS OF REFILLS UNTIL MY INSURANCE AT WORK KICKS IN.. THIS IS A MEDICATION I AM REQUIRED TO TAKE EVERYDAY FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE...THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY REFILLS EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED I CAN NOT AFFORD TO COME UNTIL I GET INSURANCE...SO BASICALLY IT IS GO WITHOUT YOUR MEDS FOR 2 MONTHS ..HOW CAN ANY MEDICAL OFFICE PREFER A PATIENT GO WITHOUT MEDS WHICH COULD CAUSE SERIOUS COMPLICATIONS OTHER THAN GIVE THEM A REFILL WHILE I WAIT ON INSURANCE.
Staff is great I have been going since last year and I am comfortable with my provider Ms.Alicia. My wait time have always been 15 minutes in the lobby and in the room. So far nothing negative to say about anyone at this facility, they are all friendly and great people. Thank you for such wonderful care!
