The best park in the area! Clean, safe and family oriented. Owners on site and they are wonderful ! Would highly recommend it. Our dogs love it too! Elvis is in the park!
We have had a wonderful experience at Topsail RV and hope to continue to be members for many years to come. Management and residents are wonderful. Always willing to help. We are very satisfied!!!
Beautiful and quiet rv park. Would have given 5 stars but it needs more things to do. Maybe a grill or an icecream shop. Maybe a path leading down to the sound for the golf cart. Also the pool should open after dark. There are lights in the pool.

Love the land (gorgeous), not so much on the owners however. They care too much about how old your RV is, and not on how you've taken care of it. Don't really have compassion if you're in need of a place to stay either. Public bathrooms and showers also need to be thoroughly cleaned.
