Federal employee customer service at its best, whoever the gentleman on the phone I talked to cocked an attitude with me simply because I was trying to track down my missing package. The couple times I've been in the office I had an older man who was extremely nice so I cant say they're all bad. I never got a slip on my door either. Im not sure how you expect me to pick my package up if you never actually did what your simple job entailes.
