Went in for tire rotation and inspection. In and out in under 30 minutes. Saturday morning. No appointment. No problem.
The fact that you even denied of me telling you my situation is even more absurd. The first thing I said when calling your business was explaining my situation, what happened to my car and that I was looking for a particular tire size to be replaced but long and behold I got "Let me stop you right there ma'am!" from you. I never asked what time y'all are closing that day so don't you lie about what you said to me lady. You know darn well you were rude to me. That wasn't an apology. Get your facts straight before you start lying. You were not helpful on the phone at all so just admit it.

It’s tough to find a mechanic you can trust not to try to overcharge you for services you don’t need, but Holly Ridge Tire Pros will shoot you straight. Chad and the whole team here are fantastic. I’ve had to bring my car in several times lately and every time they have been quick, thorough, and honest. I will return to them for any future service or repair needs.
Good service and decent prices. Wait can be a bit long during peak times and I'd recommend making an appointment.
Honestly, if it's possible I would give this place a Negative 0.5. I had an emergency with my car from over the weekend when I was visiting friends in Sneads Ferry, NC - mind you, I'm from Richmond, VA - 4 hours away. I called twice and the lady who spoke to me on the phone was incredibly rude. I was explaining my situation as of what happened and she literally said to me "I'm gonna stop you right there ma'am." ...like Oh, excuse me? Then she proceeded to tell me that their shop was closed even though according to Google it said that they were opened. She didn't even care to at least give a suggestion of another auto shop nearby that could help me out but kept on insisting that they were closed and made it seem clear that I was bothering her for calling. Terrible customer service. Honestly, if you have car trouble don't bother going here. Give Family Tire & Auto Services on Yopp Rd a try - The staffs there were so nice in person and on the phone unlike this place. I absolutely do NOT recommend going here.
